Recent trends in the policies of scientific and technological linkage to Argentine universities

Abstract

The article analyzes the transformations undergone by Argentine universities in recent years and the contextual changes that marked the relations between universities and the productive sphere. It also describes the main characteristics and trends of the normative and institutional context in which the universities carry out their activities. Thirdly, the main provincial and national programs are aimed at promoting the link between the university and the productive sector. The results show two predominant trends: the federalization of politics
Of science and technology and a territorialization of the policies of scientific and technological linkage that come from the programs proposed by different organisms of the national and provincial level.
