Abstract

In the framework of a parliamentary investigation
of the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
Aires over the Iron Mountain fire, 1 the
legislator Gabriel Fuks offers a discussion of
background that transcends the fact and scope of the
tragedy: the role of the State, the role of the Government and
-in another plane- introduces the issue in the field
of the debate about an "absent" State: is it absent
really the state or state inaction is product
of a political decision?
