Shaping and reshaping public policies for the promotion of Popular and Solidary Economy at the national level, 2015-2019
Abstract
This article focuses on public policies devoted to the Popular and Solidary Economy (PSE) at the national level as well on the government agencies dealing with them. Following an introduction to the subject, we devote our attention to these agencies, as they were relieved between September 2017 and November 2018. Subsequently we analyze the specific policy interventions on this matter -namely policy programs implemented on PSE, highlighting the recipients to whom they are addressed and the main modalities of government interventions. This approaches enable us to build an overall picture of the scope and meaning of government interventions on this subject during the time span covered by our work.
