Abstract
Mariana Gené, PhD in Social Sciences (UBA) and Political Sociology (École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, Paris), CONICET researcher and graduate and postgraduate teacher (UNSAM) presents the results of a study on one dimension in this book of politics as it really exists and is practiced at high levels of government: the shipowners, those who make possible the conditions for achieving results amid the variety of opinions and conflicts.
