Efficiency and managerial profiles in policies for Argentine public enterprises (2015-2019)
Abstract
The aim of this work is to analyze the relationship between
policy proposals focused on improving the efficiency
of public enterprises and the educational and professional
trajectories of the members of their directories. It is basedon considering that the type of efficiency registered in the
government orientation implies the concurrence with a
specific profile of a public enterprise manager. With this
goal in mind, an exploratory approach is made from a
perspective that combines some considerations of studies
on public administration with the recovery of contributions
from the economic sociology field. The sources used
include legal regulations, official documents and public access
information, as well as other secondary sources.
