A psychotic Law: the Large Investments Promotion Regime

Abstract

This article explores the mechanism of con structing reality through images and watered-down lan guage, and how law can be part of this. It approaches the examination of constitutionality of acts that promote in stitutions without any connection to the experience, logic and norms of the higher hierarchy. Make focus on the Regime of incentives for large investments, an act that promotes extractivism and capital flight.
