Abstract

This document focuses on the conceptual and methodological policy approach to the access to public information as conducted by the Bureau for the Access to Public Information (AAIP), stressing on the resort to a participative involvement of a broad arch of both public offices and officers and Civil Society representatives, thus enhancing as well as strengthening an effective citizen´s access to public information.
