A Matter of Life or Death / The Dilemma of Amelia Larguía de Crouzeille

Abstract

The correspondence between Amalia Larguía and the Bishop of the diocese of Santa Fe, Msgr. Boneo, together with some other papers related to the subject, have constituted the sources of this research that is part of the study of the social representations of Santa Fe society from the beginning of the 20th century.

In this case, the issue at hand is the death of the lady's husband in dubious circumstances, and the efforts of Doña Amalia to ensure a good death for her spouse.
