Systematic revision of studiesaboutclinicaldifferences in bodyconstitution in infantile.Psychosis and Austism. Psychoanalytic perspective
Abstract
The current Systematic Review aims to analyze studies about clinical differences in the body constitution in psychosis and autism
The body in autism and psychosisis a problematic which in psychoanalysis field, at an epistemic level, constitutes a discussion thread rather han a conclusive issue.
A bibliographics earch of articles published between 2012 and 2020 is performed, taking into account the theoretical overturn produced in 2021 in which autism becomes particularly relevant, both in the social and clinical fields, drawing a distinction from psychosis field.
From the articles reviewed, 19 were selected, all of them in Spanish and Portuguese from the following data bases: REDIB (Red Iberoamericana de Innovación y Conocimiento Científico), DOAJ (Directorio de revistas de acceso abierto), Redalyc (Red de Revistas Científicas de América Latina y el Caribe, España y Portugal), SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Dialnet, Google Académico, Portal Regional en Salud Organización Panamericana de la Salud y el RHUNR (Repositorio Hipermedial de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario).
According to studies analyzed, bodily manifestations are praised by the authors and referenced at the time of elucidating clinical differences. However, despite the fact that the dimension of the constitution of the body is mentioned, it does not constitute a privileged object of study. The latter leads to consider the importance of deepening the study of the body constitution.
