Abstract

In the book Metodología de la investigación, en el marco de la epistemología contemporánea, Bellocchio presents an introduction to the world of scientific research that encourages engagement in knowledge production through an epistemological perspective integrating ethics and politics into the consideration of a methodology suited to the challenges posed by contemporary scientific production. To this end, the author organizes this presentation into four dimensions: historical, linguistic, logical, and ethical. This perspective is described throughout chapters whose main content revolves around scientific or technological knowledge, which was necessarily excluded from research ethics within the approach identified as the “classical conception,” contrasted with another approach referred to as the “contemporary conception.”
